My process is broken down into three independent phases in order to provide you clarity and instill confidence:
Phase 1: Mission Formulation
Guided exploration of the problem space with domain expertise in collaboration your team, potentially with on-site visits. Understanding the “why” in addition to the “what” in order to provide a survey of possible solutions.
Phase 2: Solutions Analysis
More detailed feasibility and performance estimations from a preliminary data analysis. Identification of in-house resources and potential roadblocks. Delivering project scope and potential development roadmap, as well as a more robust trade study.
Phase 3: Development and Implementation
Prototyping an extensible, working solution. Ready for deployment; not just a pretty data science presentation or proof of concept living in a Jupyter notebook. Delivering clear and effective documentation, and optionally providing AI and machine learning development and management training for your team.
